SASHIMI Tuna Starter
- 2 cups fresh tuna (Sashimi grade)
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 scallions finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Avocado chopped finely
Cut the tuna into very small cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
Now add the sesame oil , sesame seeds, the scallions and the juice
of 1 lime and stir well, add the avocado and divide into the CB
Lift off and drizzle a herb oil around.
Serves 4 as a starter
